・What are the cancellation fees?
2 days prior to stay - 30% 1 day prior to stay - 50% On the day of stay - 80% Cancellations without notice - 100% Certain plans may be subject to specific cancellation policies. Please be sure to check at the time of reservation.
・Can we reserve rooms next to one another when reserving multiple rooms?
We will accommodate such situations to the best of our ability. However, please be aware that this may not be possible given the state of reservations on the day of your stay. We ask for your understanding. (Please inquire about such matters at the time of reservation.)
・Is there internet access in the rooms?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and in the lobby.
・Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms?
No smoking is allowed in any guest room at the hotel. Please use the smoking area on the second floor.
・Are the showers and toilets in separate rooms?
This depends on your room type.
・When are the bathing facilities open?
From 3 p.m. – 1 a.m. and from 5 a.m. – 10 a.m. the following day. - The baths are cleaned between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. and are unavailable for use.
・Are there towels at the bathing facilities?
Yes, towels are available at the bathing facilities.
・Are the bathing facilities open to non-overnight guests?
No, unfortunately bathing facilities are only available to guests staying overnight.
・Is access to the terrace available 24 hours a day?
No, access is not available between 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. - Terrace may also be occasionally closed for cleaning. We ask for your understanding.
・Is eating and drinking allowed on the terrace?
No, in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, eating and drinking is forbidden on the terrace. We ask for your understanding.
・Is the terrace available for non-guests?
No, the terrace is only available for use by hotel guests.
